Emptying Your Nest - New Support Group Offered for Parents/Care-Providers of Adults

Regional Psychiatric Associates is offering a new support group to teach methods of assertive communications and setting limits with your adult children to create and maintain healthy boundaries. 

If you are struggling with striking the balance between taking care of yourself and also maintaining healthy relationships with adult children, join us to learn skills aimed at contributing to better self-care and increased life satisfaction.  

All sessions are confidential. 

Sessions will be facilitated by Michael Eason, LPC, NCC. For more information call, 336-878-6226 ext. 2764.
